Speedometer and tachometer stopped working everything else does

Default Speedometer and tachometer stopped working everything else does
Hello. My 2004 ls430 has now 163740 kilometers on the odometer. Last week both the speedometer and tachometer stopped working, everything else works fine. Any idea for a fix?

Took it to a speedometer shop here in Kuwait and got it fixed
