I've had them for 7k miles now and have no complaints. No clunks, squeaks, or rattles. The ride height settled down and looks as normal as possible with the front and rear wheelwells having different radii. There is also no noise from the rear strut mounts even though they are not the OEM ones. These struts will fit all models from '01-06 but are only listed for '01-03 because Lexus changed the original strut construction from twin-tube to monotube with the '04+. They fit and function the same.
I noticed that Rock Auto is offering and recommending an FCS strut assembly. Price seems reasonable and looks the same as the Monroe quick strut.
Does anyone have any knowledge about these parts?
If they work, that would be great. Kind of wondering if they are both made at the same place.

FCS are vastly inferior Chinese parts. Buyer beware.
I'm probably not much help for the LS but I put these Monroe Quick Struts on the back of my RX330(different car) from Rock Auto and the quality was good and shipping was fast.
A little stiff at first like others reporting but settled down after a few months..
But dang installation was so fast and easy...
Loving the quick struts!
I ordered the set of quick struts for my car. Hopefully no noises or clunks. I found a new set from a facebook group member for $180 for the fronts, and I paid $145 each for the rears. Not bad for around $500 all in, I hope they ride good! My only concern was how high the front sits, but it's good to hear it doesn't stay in 4x4 mode permanently @911LE

911LE, would very much like to see how the ride height has settled. Would you be so kind to post some pictures? If you have pictures of right after installation and more recent ones, I think that would be most helpful to those of us considering this solution.
Here is what the ride height looks like after 7k miles:
There are still no clunks, squeaks, or rattles and the car still rides great. There is no noise from the rear upper mounts that some said were going to happen because I didn't go OEM. All in all I'm still perfectly happy with them at all 4 corners. The ride height may still be a 1/2" high in the front but it doesn't bother me. The vastly superior ride quality is worth it. I saved my old assemblies so I could swap the springs if need be. These struts are still a good deal in my opinion even if you want to put your original springs back in as every other part is new and it works out cheaper.
Here is a pick of my other LS's ride height on stock, original parts at 214k miles:
Rides 100% better than it did. Bumps and road imperfections are now isolated again. A bunch of clunks and looseness in the front end are now gone.
You were not kidding. I finally replaced the front struts with the Monroes and drove it around on some bumpy roads and a little highway, what a difference! Bumps that would jar before it just practically glides over now. Small bumps are barely felt now, where as before I would always notice them. The whole front end feels more poised and even highway feel improved significantly, even though that felt smooth before. Can't wait to do the rear struts. Surprisingly the front actually tracks pretty well without alignment, I can let go of the wheel and it holds perfectly straight on a straight highway. Just has about 1-1.5 degrees of positive camber. Does definitely sit high, but after the short test drive it's already settled somewhat. The ride quality improvement however makes it worth it, I can live with it sitting a little high for awhile. Just for info my car has 262K miles and the original struts had no leakage or any obvious signs of being bad other than riding poorly over bumps.
I need to replace my struts and looking for some advice. I see you used the full strut assemble. Can you share additional details on how much the springs settled in? IF you had to do it again, would you rebuild the OEM's or would you buy the full assemble again? IF it's not too much trouble, could you measure the height and post one more time. Any information is greatly appreciated.
So my OEM struts had 95k on them so I replace with all Monroe Struts. The ride got bumpier for small road imperfections. Felt more connected like a BMW 5-series. Not what I wanted. So I ordered new KYB Twin Tube dampers from Rock auto and rebuilt the OEM assemblies. Now the smaller bumps are well dampened and feels “smoother”. Just FYI the spring rates are higher on the Monroe’s. Not sure if Lexus for the 04+ changed or if Monroe decided to make it sportier. Front strut assemblies Monroe Left, OEM (rebuilt) Right.

Thanks for sharing. I put the the Monroe on my 2004 Ultra Luxury (it had coilovers on it before I switch to the Monroe). My front suspension was completely shot so I did a total rebuild on all the front suspension and steering. Point of saying all that is I never had a reference point of how OEM rides. My UL had bags at some point, but I couldn’t spend that much. Glad to finally hear some feedback on another setup. Wish mine was a bit softer on bumps but it is so smooth compared to my before that I still love it.

So safe to say you prefer the KYB strut with original springs over the Monroe Quick Strut option? Also, did you replace the upper strut mounts and bellows with KYB or keep original equipment?
