Default Driver Side FT Courtesy Light Problem

Hi All,

Replaced with LED, flickered now is not working. If I use light tester grounded to door, the bulb comes on.
Does that mean there's a problem with green wire?

Cheap LEDs can be unreliable like this. However, you should be using a multimeter to test voltage, probably 12V there. Test with a real bulb if you don't have a multimeter. If a real bulb works fine, your LED is definitely of substandard quality.

On eBay, I got a set of 4 LED assemblies that replace the factory lens and bulb, and they project the Lexus logo onto the ground. The LEDs in my set work perfectly fine. Next to impossible to see the logo in daylight, but pretty good projection at night. I would prefer a much brighter projection so that it could be seen before it is totally dark out. The description from 2018 was "4pcs LED Logo Laser Door Courtesy Ghost Shadow Light for Lexus ES IS LS LX RX SC"

LED is working.

I also noticed:
1. Dash indicator for open door is not displaying
2. Auto Headlights are not shutting off when I lock car.

I swapped a working door jam sensor as I read a bad one will cause 1 and 2 above

Anyone know of anything else to check. Fuse location, etc.
