I found one on rockauto but on the amz reviews for that filter some say it doesn't fit ls430.
Just bought a 2002 430 and Im noticing a smell.
I went for the cheaper one at $8 there were 26 vs 36 pleats. wont make that much difference and I NEVER intake external air so particulate pollution will not be a problem. It had activated charcoal and is available on Amazon in three days. Looks great, goes in tomorrow. There is almost 200K miles on the one that is in there now! I am only changing it now because I left a cantaloupe in the trunk or 2 weeks and I think I overloaded the filter.....LOL

It's incredibly easy on these cars. Just open the glove box, remove the plastic frame/shelf thing, and there's a small door in the back. Open that, and there's another white plastic flap. Open that, and slide the cabin filter out.

If it's still unclear, there are undoubtedly YouTube vids to help you out.

I thought that was the way but I could not jiggle the "plastic thing" out of the way?

I can't remember if you push it to the left or right, but try it. A firm sideways shove 1/8" or so, then it will be loose and you can pull it out.

I got it out, and then got the other 3 doors open, and finally got the thing out and replaced. Then putting it back together was another pain in the *** as everything is painted with a fuzzy black so seeing edges is a PITA also. Flashlights don't help; because black fuzz is black fuzz any way you look at it. Then my arms wont reach it if the seat is all the way back and if I move the seat forward my knees block the lid from coming all the way down.
The designer must have been a 12 year old. Took almost as long as the SC. But it was clean after 100K. Just a couple of leaves, I replaced it anyway because I already had the new one.
