Not exactly what I was looking for because I did not word my question properly sorry I am looking for this plug on the back of the headlight near the low beam. I need to find out which wire turns on when the low beam is turned on so I can wire up quad projectors.

The connector you circled is called "H28" for the LH AFS (Adaptive Front−Lighting System). Attached are pages from the repair manual related to this wire harness/connector.
