Default New 2005 LS what should be done ?

Hey, I just bought a 2005 Lexus Ls 430 with 105 000 miles on it. What should be done right away to keep it in optimal condition and performance ? Thanks !

Do you have any maintenance records on veh? If not change all the fluids- Oil, transmission, brake, power steering, rear differential, antifreeze. This will give you a good baseline going forward. Tires, brake pads, cabin filter, air filter might be needed. Hopefully timing belt has been done, if not that is a priority. Spark plugs are needed, if original. Suspension should be ok, unless pot hole roads have beat it hard. Make sure undercarriage is washed as Quebec/road salt? At 105k, if maintained, a ton of useful life left. Enjoy!

thanks for all the info, I appreciate it and i will ! the owner said he changed the strap of the timing belt, the strap costed him 50 $ and his brother-in-law who is a mechanic changed it for him. I read online a timing belt costs about $ 1500 so do you think what he already did was fine ?

He said i must get new brake pads, do you have any recommendations ? In general, should I only put original Lexus parts ? They can be quite expensive.

Do you suggest I only put in Supreme gas ?

Thanks !!

^ This. Get ahold of the maintenance records if you can. Doing that will give you a good start figuring out what is needed in the near term. These are great, reliable cars, but they are not maintenance free.
