Exclamation Wheel Bearing Noise/BALLJOINT

I have a 2002 Lexus LS430 & also 2000 RX300, I'm currently driving the RX more due to new tires I installed on my LS... But I got this screeching obnoxious noise coming from the front *driver side FR of LS... I don't feel safe driving it over 30-40mph before taking necessary action to resolve the wheel bearing and Ball Joint/control arm.

i was given this diagnosis from my recent tire / rim swap
just hate to see the set of wheels/rims get destroyed, or pop-off while driving the LS, ANY advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated in advance mates!

Happy MONDAY!

jack up the car, spin the wheel with your hands, see if the noise is indeed the wheel bearing.

Agree with previous post. You can get the car on a lift and spin the wheel while listening to the hub with a screwdriver or a stethoscope if you have one. Good luck.

It might not be the bearing either, the dustcover behind the rotor might have been bent and it's scraping against the rotor. I've had this happen and produces a very similar sound to what you described.
