As with most people on these forums, I installed the VAISTech kit myself. If you want your car to go back together the way it was (i.e. without loose and squeaky parts and dropped bolts in unreachable places), find someone who has removed and replaced the LS430 nav screen several times. Several of us (including myself) wrote detailed steps on how to install one of these - I'd say your best bet is to study everyone's notes and then do it yourself. I am also pretty sure VAISTech stopped producing the SL2Vi many years ago so good luck finding one.
