Looking at a set of wheels for my stock suspension 2003 LS. The wheels are only available in either +42 or +48 offset. Are either of these offsets ok or should i stick with +45 if i want to stay with 7.5" wide wheel?

with those narrow wheels you can be anywhere between +10 to +50

Either or will work it just has to be +40mm offset to clear the large calipers in the front I have 8.5 +44mm and they sit flush with my front fender.
ofset and caliper clearance are not that connected. Had probleem with clearance both +25 ofset and +48 ofset. Disk Type is the measurement that matters. Basicaly does inner curvage of spokes create clearance for fat calipers.
Again not connected to ofset.

Yes! Had to buy spacers for my wheels because of spoke curvature, it was contacting the caliper even though the offset was fine - wheel design is a factor!
That car looks damn good. I've been looking at the 2019 and up OEM 20s but those there look really good. I decided on ditching my 22s some time ago and wanted a different option. Guess I know what that option is.
