As most of you have indicated the original Lexus LS430 venter armrest padding is extremely poor and does not provide any support at all.
My armrest top was beginning to have lines and also started to sag. I was very fortunate to find a local (about 20 miles away) auto upholstery shop that can replace the Lexus leather with similar color vinyl leather and thicker auto upholstery 3" thick foam. It really makes a big difference.

Since I am already replacing the armrest leather, I also decided to replace the gear shift *** to match the armrest vinyl. It turns out beautifully.

I paid a total of $150.00 [$130 armrest & $20 gear shift ****].
The owner informed me if I can get 5 people interested, he is prepared to offer a discount to $120 for both the armrest vinyl + padding & matching gear shift ****.
Here is what you need to do:
1. Remove just your top armrest leather,
2. Use USPS flat box to me, I am in north California,
3. Provide me with a pre-paid USPS shipping label for me to ship back to you,

I charge a $5 gas fee as I need to go twice (drop off and pick up) a 40 miles drive.
