A twist on window operation
Well, this morning I was waiting in the car and rolled down the passengerwindow to say something to my passenger (on his way to the car) who wanted to put something in the car before running back in to get something, so he put his stuff in through the window, which was on its way up. I thought he'd just open the door. Well, the window continued to close on his arms and it took me a while to process what was happening (time slows down in my memory) and as I saw the window closing on his arm realized I needed to hit the "down" button to stop it. It stopped in the middle and it hasn't worked right ever since. Sometimes I can manually lower and raise it, sometimes the switch partically moves it, sometimes not at all. I looked in the menu of my Xpros, and it has some stuff about window actuation testing and virtual window switches, but they do the same thing the hard switches do.
I've seen a few threads on here about resetting the window, but nothing seems to work. I wonder if there is a special procedure for when a situation like mine happens?
