Most likely overinflation.

 

The measurements on new bushings before and after alignment, the top was reading as correct with my old ones.


Old bushings vs new and it is VERY hard to do this job even with correct tools if you insist on re-using the arm.

 

Are you using powdered or powder free latex gloves?

 

Powder free latex, diamond grip medium since I like be glove to be tight on me. They are swapped for nitrile when doing brake line work since brake fluid murders latex very quickly

 

Can you double glove with diamond grip on the inner and nitrile on the outer?

 

Yes but accuracy is reduced so I usually don't
