Default Driver's side Mirror and Power Lock Don't Work

My wife's 2004 LS430 driver's side door lock stopped working (via fob) today. Also the power mirror won't extend when the car is started. The passenger side mirror works fine as do all other door locks.

Is there a fuse that controls the driver's side electronics or similar? Any help would be appreciated!

Look in the passenger-side fuse box for a 25A fuse called "D DOOR"

Thanks for the suggestion--checked the fuse and it was intact. I replaced it anyway--no luck.

Now that the car is home, if checked a few things:

1. All doors lock/unlock with the fob except front drivers.
2. Passenger lock/unlock switch works perfectly as does the power window switch.
3. Drivers lock/unlock switch doesn't work.
4. Drivers power window switch works for drivers window--all other window switches (on drivers door) don't work.
5. Drivers mirror is locked in the closed position, yet passenger mirror works fine.

I'm suspecting a electronics board issue in the drivers power lock & window switch assembly--agreed? I don't think it a wiring issue would occur to so many components simultaneously--but I could be wrong....

Hope that helps--please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again for the assistance.
