is there backup camera available for 2003 Ls 430

 

Garmin makes wireless models that display on their GPS device. I am unsure if you can replace the wired model but it should be possible. I would like to do that as well.

 

Have you ever Googled "LS430 backup camera"? First link is a YouTube video showing how to install one. There are several threads on these forums on the topic, just do a search.

There are several vendors of electronic kits that integrate into the touchscreen. In addition to aftermarket, I am pretty sure you can install an OEM 2004-2006 backup camera into a 2001-2003, the electronics and circuit boards in the 2001-2003 are pre-wired for the 2004-2006 camera. Some wires have changed colors as the year changes, but are functionally the same. You can even see the cutout in the 2001-2003 trunk lid where the camera is supposed to go.
