Remove wood garnish
I am wanting to hydro dip my interior wood pieces. Ive serched but i think im not asking the right question for the search... so can someone add a link or tell me how to re.ove all the wood garnish so i can send it to het dipped

If you search ebay and look at each peice you are wanting to remove you can get an idea of how it attaches. Its a process for sure. Plus you still have the steering wheel to deal with. Id start by removing all 4 door panels and get those peices out and the switches out of them.
The steering wheel i no problem i will re wrap it black leather, so i take it there is no how to on the wood garnish 😶

curious to see what your finished product looks like. i have the same interior and i agree with you 100%. i wanted to try to find the wood trim (to just swap out) in the color you posted in the vinyl. but that was too hard. i used vinyl to cover the chrome trim on the exterior. never thought about it on the interior.
The 2001 LS430 UL that came with an Ecru interior had a dark gray wood trim that is very similar to the color you are after. You could source all the pieces from a salvage car and swap them directly. Just a thought
