I have an 06 ls430 and all the HLM i find go on 01 to 03 and when i Enter my vehicle it says the part does not fit... Does anyone know the part number for and 06 headlight leveling motor... Google is not helping me.
I checked both fuses on the driver Side
and Passenger side And they're both in good shape So I'm guessing the motor is badd....

Are ya sure it's the motor and not the sensor?

So far as I can tell the part number for the 04-06 motor is 85663-30010.
Seem to be plenty of those on eBay.

I am not sure it's the motor but is the cheapest thing to start with in the troubleshooting process.. I've check the fuses and they're both good my driver's side headlight works perfectly the right side does not, In fact it's kind of cockeyed. It is not center at all I don't know if you can adjust the lights from left to right I did have to adjust the light from up to down...
I will check the sensor next[

Did you get this fixed? I have the same issue where my passenger side doesn't move and it's pointing downward. Wondering if it's the motor and how hard it was to change the motor.

Can anyone tell me what the part number is for the headlight leveling motor for 04-06? I keep digging and digging and I can't find anything. The ones I find say 01-03 or 2007+... I know it's an old thread but It would really help if someone saw this reply and posted a part number. Thanks

I didn't have the actual Lexus part number to post but once you get your motor you can use this for the install. I got my motor used off eBay and it's still working just fine. You could call a Lexus dealer and have them help you get the number as well as check the price and availability while you have them on the phone. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...04-2006-a.html
