Anyone selling their 2006 LS430 in Houston TX? Would also consider 05 or 04 models.

Good luck. Are you actually in Houston? I'd reach out to the local dealers and put feelers out. Still plenty of low mileage cream puffs come through as trades though the black interior is going to be harder to come by. You almost have to make it a job of checking online every single day and be ready to move quick with cash if the right car comes along. I still try and keep up with local Houston offerings and rarely do black interior cars come up for sale.

Finding a cream puff 06 LS430 at this point will require looking at Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas markets/dealers at a minimum. These cars in great condition are getting a lot harder to find although there are lots of super high mile beaters out there.

You already know exactly what you want. In this case consider expanding your search to nationwide.

Good hi res pics of every inch of the car, service records and a pre purchase inspection. I bought an 05 from 2500 miles away and had it shipped. Were it a better time of year I would have likely flown and drove the car home.

Yes I was a little nervous about buying a car sight unseen. In my case I ma well pleased and even with shipping got a good deal. It's very different way to buy a car, but it worked out great for me. First vehicle I have bought sight unseen.

 

Thanks Rick, yeah, I would consider it but like you it would make me nervous. Houston is a pretty good location and Dallas/Ft.Worth, Austin, San Antonio only a couple hours drive. Of course flood cars are also a concern and with the auction network they could end up ANYWHERE.

 

There's a few in Florida. Fly to get it, go to Orlando for a couple days, drive back.

2004 Lexus LS 430 very well maintained, local car with low mileage. Super smooth, quiet ride and very comfortable car. Premium everything, excellent running condition, driven daily, always maintained at Lexus in Ft Myers, all service records available. Brand new tires recently. Great car that is very solid.
