I have a 2004 LS430 /w Nav. Can anyone help me with this message?

Thank you for the reply. In the original write up it talked about and pin being stuck. Later on it pointed to the motor that controls the steering wheel movement. What exactly is the problem with the S/T Lock CBL Failure? My car starts, steering wheel stays in the upper parked position. It came down when I push driver memory button. The car drives like normal. Once the car is parked and stop, the outside driving mirrors do not fold in and the S/T Lock CBL Failure comes on. What do I change? The little steering wheel motor, a sensor or something else?
