Default I need some forum/admin help....

Hi, joined yesterday and was busy doing a long 1st post in the LS430 3rd gen in a seat heaters thread. on occasion the system notified me that it was 'auto-saving' but alas i seem to have lost the whole post and got chucked to somewhere else. Where do auto-saved items go? is there a way for me to find my auto saved efforts? Thanks, Ian.

Sorry, don't think anything like that exists. If you still have the browser window open where you lost the text you can often get back to lost text with 'undo'

My experience is that if leaving the page in vBulletin all that has been typed in goes into the blue. For long detailed posts, I tend to type them into Notepad or Wordpad then copy-paste them over. That way I don't have an accidental click on the back button or the mental note of which tab contains the reply in the browser. I've done this many times too when writing up posts.

I've had some luck reopening the window to begin the post again and in the bottom right corner of the text window is a grey box that says "restore saved content" or something to that effect.
