I'm in the market for a 2004-2006 LS430 and have spent the last two days reading this wonderful forum and learning about basic things.

this does not have the UL package as there are no buttons for the air suspension.

 

Cadylover is right this car is not a UL.
It's always tough trying to judge a car via pics on the internet. Cars that look great in the photos are often not and cars that look so so can be great. If you are willing to travel I'd find a destination where 2 or more cars are for sale that way you don't feel obligated to buy to prevent wasting a trip. When I bought my 400 about 10 years ago I drove 300 miles and had 3 appointments for 3 LS400's. The two that I thought looked great in the photos were average at best. The last car I looked at, my least favorite online, turned out to be stunning and I drove it home that night. I'm sure there are many Lexus dealers in NY City let their sales dept know what you are looking for as they have a higher probability of taking a 430 in on trade.
