Hyperflash solutions other than individual resistors?
Hello,
I'm new to the forum and recently purchased a silver 2004 UL. I'm going through it top to bottom and upgrading, repairing, cleaning, etc. Today I installed LED's in all four turn signals and am now attempting to solve the hyperflash issue. I ordered an LED-specific relay from Diode Dynamics and have come to learn it does not work on the LS430's. I took out the driver's J/B ECU in hopes it would be a plug-n-play solution, and it turns out the flasher for these cars appears to be integrated inside that ECU. It would be above my skill level and interest to pop that open and modify it.
I ordered cheap resistors for each turn signal bulb although am hoping to avoid going that route (especially on the front as I don't want to remove the bumper and headlights again to wire these in).
2 questions:
Is there another option other than resistors at each bulb?
If I reinstall my incandescent rear bulbs along w/ resistors on those same bulbs, would that allow me to avoid installing resistors in the front?
Ideally there is a better option than resistors although I have searched with no luck. Thoughts?
Thank you,
Erin

Fwiw, I use the following for rear turn signals: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071VTS4WS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_upm6BbV8SB5RN
And I used resistors and a different brand of LEDs up front. Thought I haven't spliced anything, I intended to be able to revert back to incandescent if need be.
