Default Front Left Suspension Noise and wheel shake over bumbs

Hey everyone. I just picked up a 2004 LS430 UL and it has an issue I haven't been able to diagnose. When hitting bumps at speed the bump feels as if it is transferred into the steering wheel and it will vibrate back and forth and then straightens out. There is also a click noise when you hit any bump no matter the size (It will even do it on the tar fill between the seams of my driveway). The car has just shy of 100k miles on it and the lower control arm bushings have already been replaced as well as the ball joints. Both of those repairs were done 2 years ago at 86k miles. The air strut is leaking oil and I was planning on swapping over to coils which right now seems like about the only component that it could be but I have never had a bad strut make a wheel vibrate. I have taken the wheel off on the lift and used a pry bar but none of the bushings have ANY play at all and everything is tight underneath the car. I saw a thread about Steering column bushings but there is no play when shaking the wheel being transferred to the steering wheel. I am less concerned about the noise but I am concerned about the vibration in the wheel Any help would be appreciated!

Cheers
