Looking for mirror mount/bracket for my 2003 LS430
Hey, y'all. I just got a 2003 LS430, and I love it. When I bought it, though, the passenger side mirror had been attached to the motor mount with a bunch of caulk. The mirror is aftermarket and has no bracket on the back of it. I can't even seem to find the right search terms to find this part. My hope is to glue the bracket to the aftermarket mirror and ditch the rubber bands I've got holding it in place now. (The glue was not very sticky and when I went to investigate the white stuff behind the mirror, the whole mirror came out.) Any help with part numbers or even names that can get me closer to finding this part would be a big help. Got a source for the part? Even better. Thanks!

Lexus Champion
Go to parts.com and find the part. Almost all parts suppliers use the same catalog, even Lexus. Search through it until you find the part and part no. Then you cam google for other suppliers that sell the same OEM part at reduced prices.

welcome & congrats on your new to you LS.
i'm a little confused on which part you are looking for. if it's aftermarket, why not just try finding a mirror assembly used or something? that way you can just bolt it on and retain factory features?

Hey. Thanks, y'all. Yeah. I can't find the bracket from the back of the mirror independent of the mirror itself. That's what I'm hoping for -- a temporary but more stable fix than what I have without spending a lot of money. Even aftermarket, they cost $100 plus. The parts.com website doesn't list these parts separately -- but I don't understand how people are selling the mirror glass without any way to attach it to the mount.
