Default New owner with questions!!!

So today I got my life together and acquired an 05 LS430. I've got a few minor things that didn't deter me as I was a diesel mechanic in the army, however our equipment wasn't quite this advanced! So I am hoping some of you wouldn't mind giving me some guidance.
1. The passenger door lock doesn't respond to the lock/unlock controls.
2. Headlamp has condensation inside, can I simply purchase a new gasket, or am I going to need an entire assembly?
3. The hood and trunks hydraulic arms don't appear to work anymore, any recommendations on where to obtain new rods and will I need any additional equipment?
4. Gas cap calls for premium fuel, can someone clarify for my what I should be using? The cars owners manual is missing.

Thanks for all help in advance. This car has 170,000 miles on it and I'm pretty excited to have it. I'm hoping to take it 5 more years and expect to need to make a few repairs and hope these will be easy to address.

Thanks

1. Door lock actuator. I purchase some on Amazon for under $10 and replaced myself. There's a thread on how to replace them.

3. eBay or Amazon. Easy to replace.
4. 91 or higher gas

For 2: The headlight assemblies are available from www.myLparts.com as "Composite Assembly". The part numbers are listed below.

They are indeed around $1200. Don't know about you but I'd be going to a junkyard to look for those or aftermarket.

Are you sure it's condensation and not oxidation on the surface? I used this recently and it made my headlights much less cloudy:

Yeah the light actually has droplets of water inside of it. My hope was to be able to take it off and just replace the seal, but I have inspected the light yet to know if that is even an option.
