I've searched and searched. Only thread I found was actually on wheels that fit LS400s and they said RX and SC wheels won't fit an LS400 apparently. The particular ones looking at are 18x8 et 30. I currently have some aftermarket 18s that are 18x8 et 35 and they fit and clear the calipers just fine. Any ideas?
The big brakes of the 430 are similar to those of the LS400 from 96+. Lexus car models with 4 piston front calipers will have wheels with appropriate spoke clearance. This excludes the IS-F which had a different spec for the brakes. RX and SC factory wheels require a spacer to clear the calipers.
To determine fitment, you need to get into the details.
If your LS 430 has 17" wheels, then here are the details (correct me if I'm wrong):
Wheel size: 17x7.5
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 or 5x4.5 (mm vs inches, can be shown either way)
Offset: 45mm (34 to 45 will work)
Center Bore size: 60.10 mm
There are some wheels that match most of the criteria, but if the center bore is too small, they may not fit. Some of these are quite difficult to find out when you are buying non-Lexus wheels.
Wheel size can go up to 18 or 19 if they fit in the wheel well and match the other criteria.

My car originally had 16" wheels. It currently has aftermarker 18x8's with a 35mm offset. they fit fine. I was looking at some RX wheels that are 18x8 with a 30mm offset. Hub bore should be the same and the lug pattern is the same. Issue would be the spokes not clearing the front brake calipers which seems to be the issue.
to your question, if you have a wheel that matches all the spec but has a bigger bore, they make hub centering rings that will center the wheels up on the hub. Most aftermarket wheels are like this
