This may be a long shot, but once you've confirmed that the fuse is good, please try to replace at least one of the new LED with an existing incandescent light bulb - pick just any one of them! I suspect the low current draw by the LED's may be the culprit.

RKW , there are a lot of lights I didn't change to LED like the radio ,Navi,Glove box , I left those alone and they do not light up , let me ask you I will check that 10 amp fuse and regardless I will replace like you said they look good but you cant tell by the naked eye , should I replace with another 10 amp or a 7.5 like your picture shows ?

It should be a 7.5A according to the repair manual.
