I don't have those, but here is what I would run through...
Everything tight and torqued to spec?
Is it (the noise) on both sides or just on one side?
Are you sure it's from the LCA and not something else? Try jacking each side up and seeing if the wheel has any play in it?
You have to remove the dished washer plate when you install them... wouldn't be from that, would it?

Run through the basics first and report back or trying reaching out to Figs. For the price they want for their LCAs, you shouldn't have any knocking noise...

Was this noise not present before swapping the LCAs?

I am curious if its normal I also have the figs upper control arms as well. I will be shooting FIGS an email and see if they can help. Maybe its cause the control arms and bushings are solid so its just gonna be louder maybe? I am gonna jack the car up today and check the wheel.

Go back and check torque on everything new. When I put on my UCAs I had to retorque 3 times before everything stayed tight.

Are you referring to lower control arms issue or upper control arm issue? Knocking may be the result of poor installation and loose bolts holding the suspension. Sadly to say you may want to reset it all on the ground, uninstall bolts and torque everything back to specs. If issue is persistent, please send the picture of upper control arms in the position when wheels are on the ground.

You are absolutely correct with UCA. I had to do it too.

Did you re-torque the bolts & determine there was no change? Secondly are the sway bar end-links tight? I ask because I was helping my neighbor diagnose a clunk in the suspension of an ‘06 Mustang. Turns out in order to stop the clunk I used some Nord-Lock washers on the end links. I had spare washers after needing them to keep the front-end alignment on a street vehicle I open road raced. They are commonly used in aircraft, racing & industrial applications. My buddies Pro Optima Series car used them until he could exceed 1.4 g’s road racing(then he had to have billet alignment plates CNC’d) so I suspect the wildest slammed LS430 will never generate the type of force necessary to break the torque holding ability of the washer.
