Angry rough idle when warm and p0325

Hi, I am from finland and i am new here. This forum has helped me to find info about my problems a lot. i´ve had problems with my JDM ucf31 celsior. (same as ls430). All started when i got check engine light at highway cruising. Car went to limp home mode and i did restart the car and it was like nothing has happened. After that i did get that knock sensor code randomly every week or so. Now i got the code always at warm engine when accelerating. Car has lot off powerloss and bogs down at around 3000rpm then light comes on. Check engine light goes away when you turn car off and on again but code comes again when i accelerate. i noticed today that if i idle car warm with out limp mode it idles bit rough. Nothing really bad but not like it should. It is hard to explain with my english skills but car bit like shakes like a muscle car. I have cleaned MAF checked hoses etc. I have ordered new sparkplugs and intakemanifold gaskets if i have to replace knock sensor (gaskets were really hard to find in europe). I have not cleaned throttle body yet. Should i do it? Do i need to buy new gasket for it if i take it out?
Anyideas what i should test before i buy expensive knock sensors. Thanks a lot!

Have you read through this thread? https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...0325-help.html

rkw77080 has attached the P0325 diagnostic procedure and diagrams. They should be helpful!
