Question suggestions/experience with after-market backup cameras?

Looking for suggestions FOR or AGAINST any particular make/model of backup cameras & monitors. I'm looking to keep it budget minded, preferably less than $150? I'm open to the thoughts of 1) wired to a 4"-8" lcd monitor, 2) wireless to an lcd monitor, 3) even bluetooth image transmission to iphone if there's such thing? 4) something else?

This will be for my new Chevy Express work truck, and I might use it in the LS if/when the LS backup camera fails. My van is nearly a shell, with a lot of wiring harnesses exposed, etc. There's no rear seats, minimal insulation, and I can easily run wires if need be. I can permanently (or not) place a 4" or 6" or 8" lcd somewhere between the driver's seat & passenger, etc. Space isn't an issue.

Just looking for a great picture, good viewing angle, does NOT need microphone/sound. Could be licence plate bracket style or industrial style mounted on the top edge of the roofline.

Again, just looking to see some of the brands that you guys like or don't like, even if your experience is with a backup camera system you installed on the LS.
