Upholstery replacement
With the back cover removed from the seat upper (leanback), you will see 2 metal Hairpin looking clips. Observe which way faces forward and pull the clips out. Look UP at the plastic headrest grommets, and you will see where to squeeze the tabs, to allow them to push up and out.
After installing new leather upholstery, I had to cut new holes for the grommets. I got a piece of "round stock" (Like a metal cloths hanger, but about 50% thicker). I sharpened a point on one end and inserted it straight UP to the grommet area, to find where to cut. I made a small X cut, then carefully trimmed a little leather away, to insert the grommet.
