Exclamation Need smartkey help

Hi! At first sorry my bad English (Im from Finland)
I try if there is someone how can help me with my key issue.
I have bought my Toyota Celsior (same as LS430) few mouths ago,and i get only one key and its "SubKey" so keyless system are not working. When i ask Finland Toyota can them code a new key they say i must have one "MasterKey".
So now i buy new ECU,2 keys and theft warning box from Japan auction and those parts are from same car. Me and my friend how working in Finland Toyota Company try to get them work but we get only doors and trunk opening with new keys. We not get engine start or even key turning in ingition swicth? Where is problem?

Is there any one how have done this kind of replacement or can any one tell me how i can get keyless system workin and get another one key for my car?
I hope you understand something what i wrote.

Thanks for answer allready.

Smart key fob and actual key are registered in two separate steps 1) the remote is registered into ECU so that it can open and close doors, trunk, etc. 2) key itself is registered into ECU so it can be recognized by the car's security system and allowed to start the engine. Search the forum for programming new key sequence and you should find separate unique set of instructions to register the new key and key fob into your car's ECU. Note that to perform these steps to register a new key, you must already have a key that is already registered into that ECU.

Also be aware that if you purchased a used ECU it may be at limit for number of keys currently programmed into it. You may need to delete keys before you can add new keys.

The key programming/registration steps can be done manually by following a relatively complicated series of steps. If you have Toyota tech stream keys can be deleted and added much more easily via the tech stream software.

Also good info in this tread.
