Bought my LS430 about a couple months ago and want to attack some spots on my car that looks like cracking clear coat...Looking below, how can I fix it???

Depending on how thick the clear coat is (after all these years) you may be able to have some one cut and buff the paint, to the point where much of that crazing dissipates.

I'd swing by a reputable detail shop and see what they say. The only other option is to sand and potentially re-clearcoat the car.
