I honestly do not know what can be used with air suspension because it has never appealed to me I am more performance oriented.

My idea with the ls430 is it's weak point is it's handling capabilities so I am going about replacing most of the stock suspension with aftermarket parts as well as adding bigger sway bars and chassis braces.

I would highly recommend getting there lca bushing

This is essential most of the time the stock fluid filled ones on the car have cracks in the and the fluid has seeped out this throws off the toe causing premature wear on the very inside of the tire. You cannot even tell that is causing it because on an aligment machine it will show your toe is in spec but the aligment machine cannot simulate when the cars suspension is put underload and has braking forces applied to it.

See how by the blue camber arm the inside of the tire is super worn out on the very edge? That is due to the lca bushings be totally shot and it starts to cup the tire and eats away at it mine were so bad I had to rotate my tires every 2500 miles I thought this was caused by camber it it's actually the lca making the toe go out of wack under load.
Thanks for the info !!

When you use the Figs IS F bushing you should center the bushing in the lower control arm. The LS 430 LCA is a bit thicker than the IS F LCA. All OP is saying is press the new Figs bushing in so that it is centered in the hole. Then it will be mounted properly when the nut is tightened.

Cool

How are those bushings working out for you? After getting new tires, tie rods, and an alignment I found out my caster is off upfront. I figure some of the sounds I hear while making tight turns are due to bad bushings as well. I'd been digging around for an aftermarket alternative and didn't find anything until I saw your post. Those FIGS bushings and brackets look like a good alternative to having to deal with getting new bushings pressed. Is it really as simple as unbolting the old bracket and teardrop washer then throwing on the new ones? Also did you buy them off the website or work directly with Mike to get them ordered? Thanks for the info!

The bushings seem really nice I have not had the chance to drive my car at all but hopefully I will this Saturday.
Here is a link to my install thread it has tq specs, nut/bolt size and pics.

I talked to mike about ordering them but I also ordered custom camber arms with them. You can order them directly from the website. They are super easy to install literally 2 bolts and a nut, remove old one put new one on tq to specs then your done. You do not need cycle the suspension at all because they are solid bushings and so not move if you have anymore questions let me know.

This is the link to the 80a poly bushings

Awesome thanks! Hopefully I won't have to wait too long before all that info will come in handy. My caster is only .5 degrees and it's pulling to the right. I might order some camber/caster adjusting bolts for a quick fix, but it'd be nice if I could use them along with new bushings. One last question what does it mean to cycle the suspension?

It means to compress the suspension as far as it can go, then, release it so it hangs all the way down as far as it can go, you are just making sure nothing will rub and everything will fall into place were it should be, but like I said above there is no need to do that with these bushings because they are solid and not fluid filled.
