I just checked my Lexus service history under MyLexus on Lexus.com to find that a number of service visits this year to Lexus are not showing on this site. It only shows 2016 and older. Is there a reason for this? Is it only updated once a year? Is it that the service tech did not write anything up? I don't get it.

 

What I've noticed is that Lexus or Toyota services (dealership) are absolutely on the lexus drivers website. They are not on Carfax, at least with my car. That's 3 different dealerships. makes me question how reliable carfax is. Probably as reliable as equifax.
