Done already with timing belt.

Depending on when the cabin air filter was done you could replace that for around $10. Spark plugs will come around 120k. Other than that, assuming you don't have issues with the center console lid, stereo amp, door locks, or steering wheel motor you should be good to go for a while. I would do a good wash, polish, and wax.

Congrats on the LS. I haven't driven a GS but I'm sold on the LS and I bet you'll be loving it shortly.

Ill have to look at Grom Audio.

Cabin filter getting replaced next Thursday

Spark plugs where put in 3 months ago.

Center console lid issue? You mean arm rest ? I have slight issue with armrest to where I have to pull it forward before it unlocking.

Everything else in the car is flawless and works perfect.

Unfortunately Monday someone shot a bb at it and chipped the paid 😡 Touch up paint for now an a complete interior, exterior and underneath the car detail probably coming up within a month, done by dealer. Running me $340 for that. Might look elsewhere idk yet. Also 75$ to get driver and rear seats redyed by Lexus.

Yes, arm rest, I call it a center console but that pulling forward to open is a somewhat common issue. I had the issue on my '05 and it's basically loose or missing hinge bolts. It takes about 30 - 40 minutes start to finish and fixes the issue to where the lid opens like it's supposed to.

Seats dyed? Give me more info on that. My '05 has a small sweat looking stain on the lower portion of the front and rear passenger side seats. I tried some Chemical Guys leather cleaner and conditioner with no luck. If I could get me seats redyed for $75 to get rid of that I would do it. I didn't even think about dying the seats. I might have to hit up my interior guy and see what he says as well.

It's been a couple years, but I'd say to go youtube- there was a video for under mirror lights and the courtesy lights at the base of the door. There's a trick to just about every light fixture it seems. I dont recall what size. I bought all mine off Amazon, however.

Good thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...nd-part-s.html

Also buy a set of nylon auto interior tools. They're cheap and they wont tear up trim pieces when you pop lenses out.

Yea my local Lexus Dealer will dye my seats for a heck of a deal. I have tan interior and sweat makes it seem like someone used a yellow highlighter and colored in the spots lol.
