Bluetooth

Need help I have a 2004 LS 430 can not hear anything when making or receiving phone calls. They can here me but I can not hear any in calls or out going calls. It shows were Bluetooth is connected. Any suggestions

If your Bluetooth is connected and you are having issues, have you tried to turn the Bluetooth on your phone off and reconnecting it again? This would be the wrong section to post.
