Default Timing Belt & Water Pump Kits

Can someone tell me what the difference is between these 2 kits (the first one is $73 more):

https://www.amazon.com/AISIN-Timing-...2%3A1248861011

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...=ATVPDKIKX0DER

AND I found this one on eBay that is MUCH cheaper (are GMB parts low quality?):

Use this OEM kit >https://www.amazon.com/Aisin-TKT-021...iming+belt+kit

It's also less expensive than the first one you list. It contains everything you need. The first kit you list doesn't have the belt tensioner - yet costs more.

^^ Are these the same ones one would get if you bought the parts from a Lexus dealer?

Yes, Aisin is the OE supplier to Lexus for these components.

When I changed mine I bought the whole kit including crankshaft seals and camshaft seals if you plan on keeping the car pay a little extra for the piece of mind and do the whole kit.

Do you have a link to the whole kit you're talking about?

Doing the cam seals requires a LOT more work. The camshafts must be removed. If you can DIY, great. How many miles on your LS? Cam seals don't typically leak for at least 200K+ miles. My '01 with 275K miles is on original cam seals. How long do you plan to keep car? If this is your first timing belt change, doing cam seals is probably unnecessary.

Ah, ok. Good to know. It's my first Lexus, a 2004 430 with 123k miles. The last service I see completed was the 60k. So I figure timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, and oil change should have it in good shape. I definitely not a DIY'er, never worked on an engine before. I could probably pull off the oil change. It's got new brakes and tires, not sure about rotors, will find out. Any other suggestions?
