Default What did you do to your LS today

Not sure if there is a thread like this here under a different title. If there is my apologies mods please merge. In other sections these threads have helped others decide on mods and share the 411 behind them. Please share anything that you feel like.

I'll start with a small item that came in the office today. I swooped on the Garax clear covers from Philip Isidiro PureAddict. These aren't that common and had a chance to get them at a fraction of the cost. Thanks brotha!

I know some of you are hoarding parts... let's see what you got ^_^

Ok, what do those look like installed and how much more light do you get? Have you upgraded to interior LEDs yet?

I bought the OEM charcoal gray floor mats for less than $20 and hope they get delivered today....

It would be fun to see these installed with LED's. I think it would be a little goofy to see the inside of the fixture, just my 2¢. But I'm wrong more than right :-D I'm cool with the frosted stock piece.

I love having LED's in interior lights as under the mirrors.

The only other mod is the new head unit to replace the stock factory unit. Its such a great car out of the box, 13 years later!

I did upgrade to leds already. The light is brighter with these since they are clear... and yes the front dome you sure can see the whole fixture. I totally didn't think about that until they were on lol. I will take a picture when I head to work today. The rear sides are fine because there isn't much inside the fixture but there is a lot going on up front.

GROM USB kit with Bluetooth was installed along with Proclip phone mount. It's nice to have phone answering and music playing from my phone via USB or through Bluetooth.

Osram CBI d2s bulbs were modified to fit d2r housing. Cut off is still very good with no glare. Have not been flashed yet. Fogs were replaced with matching 5000k hid.

Nice posts coming in... I'm a big fan of the cbi bulbs too. I had to settle for Ultinons because they didn't have cbi in stock at the time and I needed some asap for a road trip. I'm ordering cbi bulbs soon and posting my ultinons in the classifieds when they come in. Both are great I just prefer the cbi color and output.

I tried lowering my car yesterday, but the guy I got the Coilovers from off a fb group sold me Coilovers for another car. Unfortunately, I bought them a year ago and don't remember who the guy was. So it looks like I'll be buying bc's soon

Thanks Steve you have never failed me so I only order my lights through you. Haven't installed the kit yet but I will soon.

don't know the name of that grill either... and anyone who has/had it doesn't know. Even the few areas that sold it don't have a name for it.

Knocked out the chrome trunk bar today. There is a diy for 01-03 I have a 06 so it's the same for all years.

I have been looking for a black, badge-less grill for a 2001 and found maybe one to consider.....

There are a few more choices for 04-06 models ......

Would like to hear about options and any pictures members may have...
