I have a Honda tech who works on the side and is super fair with pricing. Does anyone have the part numbers for Euro Sport shocks by KYB? What effect would coilovers have if I replaced the springs also? I know this is done on the UL's to ditch the air? How many hours about to replace the Struts, or springs shocks with coilovers? The tech can use the garage at the dealership as they are OK with him doing side jobs limited.

 

I'm guessing with a rack and air tools....no more than 1 hR per corner

 

the coilovers have the springs already.
My tech changed the system including the rear swaybar in 5.5 hrs, and I was on site all the time. The rears took the longest time
You will need a wheelalignment afterwards

 

just another thought:
make sure the coilovers are specifically designed for the Lexus model you have. Buying coilovers that "fit" do not neccesarely give you the ride you want. They could be too soft or too stiff. They must be matched to the springrate of the OEM system. The manufacturer should state they are designed for your car.
