Default shocking- blubs not working-working

ive had the bottom dash apart twice , trying to get the gas/trunk release switch light bulbs out to replace them , I failed both times as I could not get at them, and this was about three months ago.Then this morning I got in the car to go to work and I looked down and both of them were lit!!! explain that

Loose connection maybe. My tilt and telescope stopped working for at least two years and then out of no where bout started to work automatically again. Yes things can get weird.

Those bulbs screw in to the connection on their base. So they do get kind of shaky if not tightened very well. And they might loose connection.

Good to know it's fixed, but very surprised as you weren't able to get it done at 2 times.
