2005 LS , if I sit in my car with the navigation unit on and the radio playing for about 20-25 minutes and its about 30 degrees outside , is that enough to kill the battery? access on / battery is about one year old

It shouldn't be enough to kill a 1-year old battery if your alternator is healthy.
