03 ls 430.with Mark Levinson and nav. Little screen on top of nav screen that shows a/c temp, outside temp, and clock blinks constantly. Other functions will not work when it is off. When it does appear the clock says 1:00. In order to get to nav screen I have to catch it when the lights are on. Does this make any sense? Bottom line is the little panel doesnt work properly. Have banged on dash, changed fuse, etc.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
