sounds like you did it all right. truly believe your patience will be rewarded eventually.

I'd say the seller is not a serious seller. He's had two well qualified buyers make similar offers, and not that far off his number. He's going to burn through that difference between numbers in depreciation and other operating expenses real quick.

I wonder what a pro car dealer would have done in this case....

Thanks Toddmorr. I could not agree more about him being an unserious seller. He told me that he purchased the car for $20k over two years ago at a Lexus dealership in Ohio so I am not sure why he is so strict on pricing. $5k depreciation over two years really is not bad at, at least to me! I am sure he will realize that if the car does not sell in a few weeks (which I doubt it will) he should in fact take the $14,500. I can only hope so because I really like this car and everything about it, however I am just not willing to overpay.

Am I mistaken but is the subject color of this car brown? or some form or it? I can't really tell from the pictures.

Yes it is. Briarwood pearl is the factory color on the car, it is a lighter brown color.
