I currently have a 03 GS430 but it's a tad small for my one and two year old so I gotta look into the big body LS.

thats a good price.. When I was looking at cars, most in that mileage range were go for a few k more and were not UL models. Just keep in mind potential higher costs for having a UL.

That is a decent price.

If you can find a private seller, it may be a lot cheaper. Many people that bought the LS new, took their cars to dealerships for all of their services (Wealthier elderly peeps). For the most part, you don't have to worry about buying a LS from original or 2nd owner privately.

Also you might want to make sure the suspension is still good on that UL.

 

as mentioned, the only thing that would raise concern for me is the stock air suspension. pretty costly if it where to go. But still a very fair price for that car. Flint mica is beautiful
