An LS430 or GS300 as a First Car?

The NA 2JZ is crazy slow. I have a 1993 SC300 and it's incredibly slow. It gets around in traffic just fine, but that's it. It's too underpowered for a car like the GS, Supra, or SC300. A GS400/430 or TT Aristo is the way to go. Plus the TT has a ton of potential and it's not a car people would expect to be fast.

Both would make an excellent car for a first time (responsible) driver. If it were me at 15, Id probably go for the GS because of the sportier handling, and possible engine swaps down the road (2JZGTE). Refreshing to see a young kid with an open mind, and sensible ambitions.

I think just because it's my first car I might go with the S300 so I can get used to the car. But on the other hand if I find the perfect V300 in the auction, I'll defineltely get that. And don't worry guys, youwont be seeing the last of me haha. Much more updates to come including the entire import process hopefully around December.
Since it's easier to import cars in Canada, have you considered a Toyota Soarer or Chaser/Crown?
