Put the deck and back seat back in without the woofer, when it came back, took it back apart and installed.

Not that much work to remove and install the back seat. 30 minutes work maybe....

That they didn't have any further problems?

As you can note from my post earlier in the thread, I chose not to replace my sub but to refoam it.

good idea. After being on this Forum for almost 10 years, replacement does not work unless OEM equipement. bottom line.. Lexus knows what they are doing.
