Default How to post larger pics?

This is driving me crazy........How do I post a pic that will take up half a page or so.....a large pic.? Every time I post a pic it shows up small and lacking detail. My phone camera takes massive file pics....16mp........so I usually resize just enough so the site will accept the up load. But this pics still show up small.........Help ..........

Thanks

You could upload the photos to a web service like Photobucket, then post an imbedded link. Like this:

I tried to sign up for Photobucket....but towards the end they asked me to copy and paste a cryptic code into a box. I have had to type codes before but never copy and paste a long cryptic code that looks like it will wipe out my computer in one click. So I chickened out. Did u have to do this when u signed up?
