Lamisafe is a good guess since my first impression was that something plastic inside shriveled up. I'll check the label on the window (if any).

I have a few issues I'm hoping I can either handle on my own with the help of the forum or have it repaired without getting ripped off at the stealership.

- Check Cruise System light (cruise control not working)
- Check Parking Sensor light (when activated the front of the car in the image blinks) - not sure how to locate which sensor is out
- Taillamp Failure light
- VSC light
Your cruise and VSC lights may be related. See: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...c-vsc-off.html

Check Parking Sensor light
A bad clearance sonar sensor will throw a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code):
B2232 - Front Left Side sensor
B2233 - Front Left Center sensor
B2235 - Front Right Center sensor
B2236 - Front Right Side sensor
B2237 - Rear Left Side sensor
B2238 - Rear Left Center sensor
B2239 - Rear Right Center sensor
B2241 - Rear Right Side sensor

Check Cruise System light
You may have a bad switch or bad wire harness. Here's the inspection procedures to check the switch.

Thanks for the info. I didn't get the parking sensor fix; do I look for a bad clearance sonar sensor? If so, where do I start?
