Default remove half shaft

anyone has any idea how to remove/replace the rear half shafts on our car? Not much info on search, mine popped out a little and I need to see if I can just hammer it back in or is there something else I need to do first.. thanks in advanced. I also posted under VIP sections, assuming those guys deals with axle pops all the time.. hehe

Did you get your answer from the links? I cannot tell since they did not work for me!

once you click on the links, you have to manually find them (m_sa_0058). From what the link is saying, it look like I can just push it back in, and if need to, remove the LCA. I didn't have any time to work on her today. So hopefully this weekend.

I clicked on the links, but none of them will connect to anything...

I asked only to make sure you have what you need to proceed. I already have a hard copy of the Repair Manual, and as you said, you can just push/hammer it back in as shown below.

thank you!! I was planning on hammering from the hub, but this make its more easy. I was scared to do this at first because I didn't want to crack anything, but this comfirms it and will make it easier since I will be pushing it in closer to the actually hole. Thanks again! Will let you know how it turns out! hehe

I've had this happen on my 4 wheeler..
Which makes me ask... Is there a snap ring on the end of this shaft that serves as a keeper?
On my 4 wheeler the snap ring had come off and let the shaft slide outward

the pic rkw77780 posted mentions a snap ring.... What snap ring is the manual referring too?

from the diagram it looks like the snap ring is inside the dif case. hopefully its retained in there and I can just snap it in.

Yeah, It appears the snap ring is installed on the side gear shaft that attaches to the differential case sub assy.
Continue on as you were, I apologize for any confusion

Below is a link to the breakdown of the differential
