At 125k, I notice my '02 UL is riding slightly rougher. I also notice a bit of vibration at idle when the hood is raised. On my LS400, this was the gentle beginning of the sign to change the engine and transmission mounts. My theory is to do it sooner rather than later to enjoy the smooth ride. My question is has anyone changed engine or trans mounts? Cost and difficulty? It was common with the LS400 and I haven't heard much about it on a LS430. Thanks.

 

The rear is easy. Make sure to go oem. I still need to do my two front.
